How many people can sleep in a room?

Our rooms can accommodate a maximum of 2 people only. We do not provide any extra bedding and due to the guesthouse style of accommodation we cannot allow more than 2 people per room (including children).

What amenities do you provide?

In your room you will find a hair dryer, Aveda bath products and of course the usual bath towels, hand towels and face washers.

Is breakfast included?

We don’t provide breakfast but do offer complimentary teas, plunger coffee and fresh milk. Grab some local produce and cook up a feast with in one of the open plan kitchens or BBQ on one of the decks.

Is car parking available?

There is parking available at all of our guesthouses on a first come first served basis. We generally have enough parking for those who choose to drive, but if not the street parking on Marvell Street is free and unlimited.

What about my pet?

Pets are not permitted on the grounds of the property.

Conditions Strict: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival.

• Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in.
• Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, safety cancellations, or extenuating circumstances. Please review these exceptions.
• Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
